This privacy policy governs your use of the SurSadhak application ("Application") created by Asterbyte Software Systems Pvt. Ltd.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information. The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration is mandatory to use the basic features.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide:

Your name, email address, username, password and other registration information
Transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases or respond to offers
Information you provide when you contact us for help
Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information. The Application may collect certain information automatically, such as how you interact with the Application, the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique ID, your IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
With our trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove the information listed below. Some records remain for the purposes described here:

Financial transaction records from Google Play and the App Store are retained for refunds, fraud prevention and tax obligations. We remove email addresses from our retained Google Play transaction records as part of completing deletion. The stores retain their own purchase records under their policies.
We keep a deletion receipt with your account identifier, a one-way hash of your email (not the email itself), a receipt ID, processing status and timestamps so support can track and confirm deletion.
Firebase Analytics data expires according to the configured retention settings; account deletion does not immediately erase historical analytics. Crashlytics retains crash data for 90 days before beginning its removal from live and backup systems.
Shared tags remain, with your account reference removed.

Deleting your account

Sign in at sursadhak.com/app/account/ and select "Delete my account", or open Settings → Delete account in the app. Follow the confirmation steps to submit your request; visiting the link alone does not delete anything. If you can no longer sign in, contact privacy@asterbyte.com for help.

Deletion starts immediately after confirmation, with no grace period, and is irreversible. Processing can take time; if it is interrupted, already deleted data cannot be restored. Contact support if you need help completing a request.

Account deletion removes:

Your profile and sign-in account
Your songs and their audio, including comments and replies on those songs
Your comments and replies elsewhere, including other people's replies under your removed comment threads
Your likes, followers and following connections
Notifications involving your account
Your in-app purchased-song records (separate from the financial transaction records retained above)
Your profile images and uploaded audio files

We submit your Amplitude analytics identity for deletion during account deletion. Amplitude processes that request separately; erasure by Amplitude is not immediate.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through Google Play subscriptions or your Apple account. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions for the steps for your device.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without consent, they should contact us at privacy@asterbyte.com.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at this URL. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
